If a provider cancels the booking before the service begins, customers may receive a refund directly from the provider, based on the terms agreed upon between the two parties. Cranes24 does not manage or process payments and is not responsible for issuing refunds.

1.3 Cancellations by Customers:

Before Confirmation: Customers can cancel a booking request before the provider confirms it. No charges will apply in such cases.

After Confirmation: Refund eligibility for cancellations after confirmation depends on the provider’s refund policy. Customers must coordinate directly with the provider for resolution.

2. Subscription Fees for Providers

2.1 Non-Refundable Subscription Fees:

Subscription fees paid by service providers to access Cranes24’s platform are non-refundable under all circumstances. Providers are encouraged to thoroughly review the subscription terms before making a payment.

2.2 Early Termination:

If a provider terminates their subscription before its expiry, no partial or prorated refunds will be provided.

3. Disputes and Resolution

3.1 Role of Cranes24:

Cranes24 acts solely as an intermediary platform, connecting customers with service providers. We are not involved in payment transactions or the execution of services. Any disputes related to service quality, cancellations, or refunds must be resolved directly between the customer and the provider.

3.2 Mediation Support:

While Cranes24 is not responsible for issuing refunds, we may assist in mediating disputes to facilitate a resolution. However, final decisions on refunds rest with the provider and customer.
