Booking Confirmation: After agreeing to terms, customers can confirm their booking. Providers then verify the request, assign the required resources (e.g., a driver and crane), and communicate the service schedule.
Real-Time Tracking (if applicable): Once confirmed, users may track their crane service (if supported by the provider) directly in the app for convenience and transparency.
Cranes24 does not participate in or guarantee the negotiation outcomes or the execution of booked services.
Direct Payments: Customers make payments directly to the providers based on the agreed terms. Cranes24 does not process or manage payments on behalf of providers or customers.
Subscription Fees: Service providers on the platform are required to pay subscription fees to access and utilize the platform’s features.
Platform Limitation: Cranes24 serves as an intermediary platform and is not liable for service-related disputes, damages, delays, or losses.
Dispute Resolution: All disputes regarding service terms, execution, or payment must be resolved directly between the customer and the provider. Cranes24 may, at its discretion, provide guidance or mediation but assumes no legal responsibility.
For Users: Cranes24 reserves the right to terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of the platform, or illegal activities.
For Providers: Providers may cancel their subscriptions at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.
Cranes24 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or app notifications. Continued use of the app signifies agreement with the updated terms.
